Playing our games

• The games are for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Please don't copy, resell, re-upload or reverse-engineer them, and don't try to unlock paid content without paying.
• No real-money gaming. Our games are single-player stories. There is no betting, no wagering, no cash prizes, and nothing in them can be exchanged for money.
• Cutting Chai is rated Teen: it is a romance with some suggestive dialogue.

What we sell

• Cutting Chai is free to play for chapters 1 to 5. The full story (chapters 6 to 13, five endings and the bonus chapter) is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• The price is shown before you pay, in Indian rupees, including any applicable taxes.
• On Android, you buy it through Google Play, under Google's terms.
• On this website, payments are handled by our payment partner on their secure checkout. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Delivery is digital and immediate. A website unlock works in the browser you bought it in. If you switch browsers or devices, email us your payment reference and we will restore it.

Our work

All games, characters, artwork, music and writing on this site belong to Green Parrot Studio. Press and creators may use the material in our press kit (https://greenparrotstudio.com/press) for coverage, reviews and videos.

Changes and availability

Games in development may change or be cancelled, and free demos may change. If we ever stop selling a game, anything you have already unlocked stays unlocked where you unlocked it.

Liability

The games are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
